The Kingdom of Colourful Feelings brings emotional literacy to life through stories, memorable characters and simple helping ideas. Designed for EYFS, KS1 and SEND, it gives children and adults a shared language for recognising feelings, talking about them and exploring what may help.
Created by an Early Years teacher and shaped by real classrooms, the Kingdom can sit alongside your existing PSHE, SEND and behaviour provision.
Begin with the storybook, choose individual classroom resources, explore the separate Activity Resource Bank, use the Kingdom Core Resource Collection under one School Licence, or add optional CPD to support consistent practice across your team. Use as much or as little as suits your setting and build over time.

The Kingdom is supported by The Kingdom Approach, which explores the principles behind the resources and how they can be used to develop emotional literacy through everyday interactions, play and relationships.
The Kingdom Approach CPD Guide is available as a separate purchase and provides a ready-to-deliver staff meeting, making it simple to introduce the approach across your setting. It is designed to help staff understand the principles behind the Kingdom and confidently embed the approach in everyday practice.
For schools looking for more tailored support, in-person and virtual training is also available. Please get in touch to discuss training tailored to the needs of your school or setting.
