The Kingdom of Colourful Feelings: 7 Week PSHE Unit

Built around The Kingdom of Colourful Feelings, this seven week PSHE unit provides everything you need to introduce feelings, body clues, helping ideas and emotional wellbeing in a consistent, engaging way.

Each weekly session includes clear learning intentions, key questions, group activities, practical follow up ideas, vocabulary and suggested resources, making it easy to deliver meaningful PSHE lessons throughout the term.

Designed by an experienced Early Years teacher and shaped by real classrooms, the unit encourages children to recognise feelings, understand why they happen and explore simple strategies to help them move through big emotions safely.
